Spectacular apartment with 4 bedrooms, office and 3 bathrooms. It is very spacious and quiet, it has common areas with a park and a large private parking space. Located in a residential building in the area of Av. Cortes Valencianas, where you can find all the services and a wide variety of good restaurants, and a fantastic connection with the metro and bus that allows you to get to the center in 10 minutes. It is the ideal apartment for professionals who travel to Valencia as a family.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building in a residential area with a concierge and elevator and can accommodate up to 6 people, families or professionals.
The house, of about 150 m² built, is made up of an entrance hall, a spacious living-dining room with a large window through which a lot of natural light enters during the day, 4 exterior bedrooms, 3 with a double bed and 1 with a single bed, 10cm, a large office and the comfort of 3 complete bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The bedrooms, all exterior, are very spacious and have cabinets with enough space to store all your belongings comfortably.
The living-dining room is super spacious and very bright, it has a comfortable and large sofa, a dining table for 6 people, a side table and a television, it is the ideal place to rest and spend time with the family. There is a nice fireplace although it is only decorative, it does not work. In the dining room there is an air conditioner split and another one in the master bedroom.
The dining room has direct access to a small and pretty terrace with a small table where you can enjoy al fresco.
Also the main room has direct access to this terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
There are 3 full bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub and the others with a shower.
It is rented with sets of bed linen and bath towels.
Also next to the cocona, there is a small gallery with a washing machine in the apartment and you will also find a clothesline and iron.
