Apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 renovated bathrooms, balcony and kitchen with dishwasher. Apartment for rent on the fifth floor, very bright and with a balcony overlooking the Plaza del Cedro. This apartment has 3 bedrooms, one of them has a 135 cm double bed, and the other 2 rooms have a 105 cm bed. All rooms have a desk, wardrobe and shelves. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, completely renovated: one with a small bathtub and the other with a stand-up shower. In the living room, you will find a television, a dining room with 4 chairs, a very comfortable corner sofa and a desk near the balcony window. The kitchen, meanwhile, has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator and basic kitchen utensils.
The neighbourhood of the Calle Poeta Mas y Ros apartment is ideal for young people as it is a very lively and friendly neighbourhood. In addition, a few steps away you have the Plaza del Cedro, a common point for several Valencians where you can see cafes, restaurants and bars. It should be noted that public transport is ideal because the apartment is close to the Amistat-Casa de Salud metro, a metro line that connects to the airport, the centre of Valencia and the beach. You will also be close to Avda Manuel Candela and Avda Blasco Ibáñez. The first will take you directly to the universities and the second to the beach and Benimaclet.
