The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms: one with a shower and one without. It also has a spacious, fully furnished living room and a large kitchen. Each bedroom has a bed, desk, and closet.. It has running water, water heater, electricity, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, TV. Kitchen cabinet and dining room furniture.
The area of this apartment is ideal since it is located near the beach, the València-Cabanyal tram station and the Marítim-Serrería and Ayora metro that will take you in 15 minutes to the university area. The neighbourhood is lively, happy and jovial, it has several bars, restaurants and pubs.

- Monday to Friday: 09:00h to 13:30h and 16:00h to 22:00
