This newly renovated modern studio apartment is located just a few minutes walk from the City of Arts and Sciences, in a quiet residential area with all the necessary services. Its strategic location allows you to quickly access both the beach and the old town, either by public transport or a short cab ride. It is 200 meters from the metro station Amado Granell - Montolivet.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor with access to two elevators. It has a large bedroom equipped with Wi-Fi, flat screen TV and a fully private bathroom. The room is spacious and modern, with closet and soundproofed double glazed windows and blinds. It also has a small office completely separate and isolated to work and study comfortably. The property has washing machine, dryer, air conditioning and heating, and bed linen and towels are included. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and everything you need to cook comfortably.
A common hallway, lighted 24 hours a day, connects the three studios that make up our property. Each of the studios is completely private, ensuring total privacy for each tenant. On-street parking is free, and there are also paid private parking options nearby.
The neighborhood is very quiet and residential, with all the necessary services at your disposal. The area is surrounded by supermarkets, bars, cafes and restaurants. Just 40 meters away is the nearest supermarket, and 5 minutes walk away is the famous Ruzafa Market, open Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 3 pm. There are numerous bus stops that connect with any point of the city, including the beach. In Valencia it is very common to rent bicycles and skateboards, and the city has about 80 kilometers of bike lanes and a greenway that runs throughout the city.
