Apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The apartment is large and bright, each room has its own private bathroom and a kitchen with a dining area. It has been renovated in 2018, with bathrooms, doors and windows. The rooms have their own lock.
The area of Av. Del Puerto is an area with a lot of atmospheres, it is a typical area of Valencia where young people meet, it has numerous bars, restaurants and pubs, it is very well connected, with numerous bus lines that pass through the Avenida del Puerto and connecting in 7 minutes with the beach of Valencia and its urban centre. The university area is just a 10-minute walk away.

- Monday to Friday: 09:00h to 13:30h and 16:00h to 22:00
