We are located right next to Ruzafa, the most vibrant neighborhood in Valencia. Authentic coffee places, amazing local gastronomy, art galleries, music bars, vintage boutiques, cozy bookstores, and fitness studios. By 5 minutes walking from home, you will find over 9km of gardens at the old river bed. The river (as we call it) is also central to the city’s culture with activities, exhibitions, and fairs throughout the year. In 10 minutes by walk, you will be at the historical city center, a thousand-year-old neighborhood, filled with vibrant life rich in street art, and home to cutting-edge museums. Ride your bike for 15 minutes and you will find yourself at El Cabañal, a traditional fisherman neighborhood by the beach, and home to the local innovation ecosystem.
