🌟 Renovated, Spacious, and Bright Apartment in Benicalap 🌟
The room comes with air conditioning, a double bed with storage, bed linens, towels, and a clothesline. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator and features a fully equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms, shared among a maximum of 5 people. Our rooms are focused on young women between 18 and 35 years old, who study or work. No pets allowed, and smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
We offer more than just a rental; we want you to enjoy Valencia and have a comfortable stay. Here’s what we provide:
- 🧹 Weekly cleaning of common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, and hallways)
- 🛏️ Room cleaning, bed linen, and towel washing (additional €25 fee)
- 🔧 Maintenance service
