Hi, I’m Lola! I live here with my school-aged son and host longer-term guests (90+ days). I’m easygoing and enjoy meeting people from different places. You’ll have a bright, furnished private room in a clean, welcoming Vancouver home with excellent transit access to downtown, colleges and universities, and YVR.
Shared Spaces (Main-Floor Suite):
- 2 full bathrooms (cleaned regularly)
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher
- Living and dining areas
- Washer and dryer (detergent provided)
- Outdoor patio (summer months)
The main-floor suite has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with one guest per bedroom.
My school-aged son and I live in the lower-floor suite. We use and maintain both floors of the house.
Cleaning
- Shared areas are cleaned regularly by the host
- Shared areas are professional deep cleaned every two weeks
- Guests are expected to keep shared areas tidy by cleaning up after themselves
Kitchen
Fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, air fryer, waffle maker, slow cooker, cookware, dishes, oil, spices, and kitchen essentials.
Laundry
Washer and dryer are available. Detergent and dryer sheets are provided.
You’ll have a bright, furnished private bedroom in a shared main-floor suite.
