Spacious apartments located in a splendid historic building from the early eighteenth century, in the heart of Venice.
The rooms are quiet, silent and bright.
You enter the very large living room with a dining table for 4 people and a 3-seater sofa.
The second living room is complete with a 3-seater sofa, armchair, bookcase and TV area and has an exit onto the small balcony with a splendid view of the city.
Then we find the very large double bedroom with a large walk-in closet at the back.
The three communicating rooms then lead to the corridor that leads to the kitchen equipped with a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave and washing machine.
Finally we find the bathroom with window and large shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
There is air conditioning in the bedroom and living room.
The apartment is characterised by large spaces, very high ceilings, Murano chandeliers and original floors.

If you are an EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. We will take care of obtaining a tax code for you.
If you are a non-EU citizen, you will be charged an additional €72 for the contract registration process. Obtaining a tax code may not always be possible. Check-in will only be permitted if we have received official documentation from your employer, proof of participation in a master's degree or course of study, or a self-certification for tourism purposes.
Generally, we start with the contract preparation around a month before the client's check-in, meaning we would send a payment link for the payment via debit/credit card to the client at this time.
