The monthly rental cost includes: agency commission, assistance during the stay, initial supply of linen, monthly cleaning and assistance for any faults or routine maintenance.
The monthly rental cost does not include: final cleaning 200 euros, administrative cost certification of the lease contract 100 euros and utilities, calculated according to consumption every two months. Optional on request: additional intermediate cleaning 50 euros, extra linen 20 euros for one person.
