Our brand-new apartment is located right in the center of Mestre, in Via Carducci 66, on the 2nd floor.

The apartment is two steps away from Piazza Donatori del Sangue, where all the pedestrian area begins: it’s in the Old Town of Mestre, next to the Main Squares such as Piazza Ferretto and Piazza Barche, 3 minutes’ walk from the apartment.

In the neighborhood you can find several services: In Via Carducci there are two Supermarkets, the Simply and the IN’S, the Public Library where many students gather to study, the Gym John Reed, but also many bars, restaurants and pubs where young people go.

The neighborhood is ideal also if you have to use the public transports: the bus stop Carducci-Felisati is just in front of the apartment and there you can also catch both the bus to go to Venice and the night buses. The Tram stop is 50 meters away, in Via Cappuccina. This way, you’ll be in Venice in 10 minutes.

The apartment is made up of 6 Single Rooms, a fully equipped Kitchen, wide Terraces, 2 shared Bathrooms with showers and a big entrance.

FORMULA will be added. This includes:
-All the bills (Electricity, Water, Gas, Heating)
- All the expenses for the condominium
- Optical Fiber Internet Wi-FI
- Assistance service in case of Maintenance Works
- An Apartment Manager at your disposal to help you in everything you need

Here is some information about the brand new apartment located at the beginning of Via Buonarroti, n. 109, on the fourth floor. The apartment is situated in a residential neighborhood, on a quiet street. Just a few steps from the apartment, you will find a pharmacy and Alfio famiglia Nalati, a highly recommended pastry shop. The area is well-served with bars, pubs, pizzerias, and supermarkets. There is also a lively square right below the apartment where you can enjoy a pizza or have an aperitif with friends in the evening.

The new APP 139 is part of a complex of apartments and consists of:
