The apartment is located in a beautiful residential neighbourhood, a 5-minute walk from Piazza Ferretto, the main square of Mestre. The condominium is very elegant, quiet and surrounded by a beautiful garden.
The apartment consists of 4 Single Rooms, 2 Bathrooms with tub and shower, a Fully Equipped Kitchen and a wide Living Relax Entrance.
The apartment is a few steps from the centre (pedestrian area) and this neighbourhood is both quiet and very convenient: The PAM Supermarket is a 5-minute walk from the apartment, but in the area you will also find a shopping centre, many bars, pubs, typical Venetian tavernas and pizzerias where usually young people and university students go.
The bus stop to reach Venice is in the adjacent Via Garibaldi; the tram stop, on the other hand, is in Via Ca 'Rossa, both streets 100 meters away from the apartment.
ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA will be added.

The rental agreements are individual.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:
✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration
⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
🔔 Please note: Rent payments are made bimonthly or quarterly.
