The refundable rental deposit is 1 month's rent + utilities. We will also provide you with a free 20,000 EUR tenant's liability insurance, which may cover accidental damages you cause (instead of having to lose your rental deposit).
The indicated price is for a 12-month contract for one person. A shorter rental duration is also possible, but the rent may be higher. Please contact me for the exact figure.
Optional extras: Basement storage unit (bike and other items) for 50-100 PLN per month. An outdoor unallocated parking spot can be rented for 100 PLN per month. A monthly cleaning service is available for 100 PLN per month.
