Located in a private building close to Metro Wilanowska (a 4-minute walk) and the Puławska tram/bus stop (just a minute away), commuting to the city center takes a convenient 10 minutes by Metro. The apartment offers a balanced blend of urban accessibility and residential tranquility.
Surrounded by local amenities, including shops, supermarkets, restaurants, parks, and recreational facilities such as a swimming pool and gyms, the apartment caters to various lifestyle needs. The building, equipped with sound-proof windows, maintains a quiet ambiance despite its proximity to main streets, Metro, trams, and buses.
The fully furnished kitchen, featuring an oven, microwave, ceramic cooker, and essential utensils, provides a practical space for culinary activities or simple meal enjoyment.
Please note, that as in any shared flat it is important that all flatmates participate in maintaining cleanliness and respect the others' right to resting at home. Therefore people do not make noise here, clean after themselves and keep clean shared parts of the flat. We particularly invite these people who wish to stay in a peaceful and clean home.
We don't make any parties in the house as Warsaw has many places to offer where you can meet friends - and have accommodation which truly allows you to rest or study here.
