This well-maintained and fully equipped space includes a spacious bathroom featuring a laundry machine, standing drying racks, a bidet, a shower, and convenient shelves. Additionally, there is a separate shower and a separate toilet. The modern kitchen is fully fitted with appliances such as an oven, microwave, ceramic cooker, and ample tableware.

The well-connected public transport system facilitates travel to various parts of Warsaw and is particularly convenient for students attending Vistula, SGH, Warsaw University of Technology (WUT), Lazarski University, SGGW, Warsaw University, and Kozminski University (direct tram No 18).
