Convenient public transport options abound, with Metro Wilanowska just a 4-minute walk away, along with multiple buses and trams. It takes 10 minutes by metro to get to Warsaw's center. The location is within walking distance to shopping mall Wakefield Mokotów shopping mall and the office center in Domaniewska (wittily called Mordor). Various universities, such as the Warsaw University of Technology, Lazarski University, Vistula University, SGH, and Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW), and others, are easily accessible within a short commute.
The well-maintained apartment consists of six single rooms, each designed to be bright and sunny. The rooms are equipped with essential furnishings, including a bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, and chair. The garden practically extends into your room, allowing you to enjoy a green view, and if you wish, you can even cultivate your own herbs just outside your window.
You'll be sharing this space with friendly and easy-going individuals – young students and professionals aged 20-30 years old. The apartment features three bathrooms and a fully fitted modern kitchen with all necessary appliances, including an oven, microwave, ceramic cooker, and kitchenware.
The building is surrounded by a garden with a fish pond, available to our tenants. Everything you need is within walking distance – shops, restaurants, parks, gyms, swimming pool and more. While the city center is just a 10-minute Metro ride away, you can still enjoy the tranquility of Upper Mokotów.

We particularly invite these people who wish to stay in a peaceful and clean home.
We don't make any parties in the house as Warsaw has many places to offer where you can meet friends - and have accommodation which truly allows you to rest or study here. Please note it is not allowed to smoke here. Only tenants sleep in the room (no guests' sleep-overs are accepted).
