I will rent a double room in a new apartment.

Each room is locked with a key. The room has a comfortable couch, large wardrobe, desk, chair, bookcase, lamp.
Tenants have at their disposal a washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, and a vacuum cleaner.
