Nordic-style studio apartment with balcony & free access to gym & co-working areas

This comfortable and aesthetically furnished studio covers an area of 20 sqm. It has its own spacious balcony of approximately 4.5 sqm and its own kitchen, equipped with necessary accessories such as cutlery, tableware, glasses, spatulas and strainers.

You can choose either lightly of fully-furnished:

Lightly furnished: bed, table, chairs, cabinets, closet, fixed furniture

Fully furnished: bed with pillows and bedding set, table and chairs, sofa, closet, cabinets, lamps, basic household appliances, textiles, accessories: cutlery, tableware, glasses and goblets, spatulas, strainers, sofa

What is always included in the price for regardless how long you stay:

· Fully equipped gym open 24/7

· Movie and game rooms

· Lounge - a shared living room

· Fully equipped kitchen and dining room

· Co-working space and a library

· Meeting rooms

· Onsite laundry room equipped with Electrolux washing machines and dryers, drying area for hanging clothes

Pricing:

Rent: 2,500 PLN

Administrative fee: 600 PLN

Utilities: 400 PLN

Total monthly cost: 3,500 PLN (for 1 person, with a minimum lease term of 9–12 months) The regulations apply: shorter stays have higher prices. Fixed term contract!

The price includes unlimited access to all the above-mentioned amenities, e.g. to the gym, laundry room, co-living space, co-working area, shared kitchen and dining room.

Additionally there is a one-time booking fee of 350PLN.

The deposit is equal to the amount of the monthly fee.
