The apartment is furnished in a bright design, with complete equipment (from A to Z: all building operating costs, water, WLAN, electricity and gas (including hot water in an amount of max. EUR 100.00), dishes, nespresso coffee machine, egg boiler, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher and washing machine! So just pack your bags, move in and feel at home!
The apartment is ideal for Erasmus students who want to live and study in Vienna. The apartment is an ideal shared flat for max. 3 persons with two bedrooms and a spacious living/dining room. Also ideal for couples!
The following sleeping accommodations are available in the two bedrooms:
1 room with a huge loft bed for 2 persons and
1 room with a single bed (can be extended to a double bed for a guest).

LOCATION:
Lots of green! The "Türkenschanzpark" is just around the corner, the "Pötzleinsdorfer Schlosspark" is very close.
Quiet but lively! "Gersthofer Platzl" and "Gersthofer Strasse" offer a wide range of shopping opportunities. All local suppliers are around the corner (Billa, Anker, Eduscho, restaurants, coffee houses ...)
Close to the university! The BOKU is for example only 5 minutes on foot away.
... and still central! Very good public transport connections, e.g. trams 9, 40 and 41; buses 10A and 40A; rapid transit S45. With public transports you only need 15 minutes to Schottentor (center of Vienna), 15 minutes to Handelskai and 20 minutes to Westbahnhof.
