The bright apartment is located on the first floor of this lovely old building.
The apartment is fully furnished and completely equipped. It's perfect for a stay of several weeks or even months. The kitchen is also fully equipped and the apartment comes with a washing machine (incl. clothes horse) and an iron flat as well.
With the very good connection to public transport (metro U3 and U6 at Westbahnhof and some trams around this area) it's super easy to get around the city quickly.
You'll find the near the biggest and most impressive shopping street in Austria (Mariahilfer Straße).
The quiet apartment is in a zone 30 (km/h) sector and let you sleep well (width of the new bed is 1,60 meters)
You will find many shops, grocery stores (BILLA and Spar), a little food market, a good Café (GOTA Coffee experts) and some restaurants this area.. If you need any advice, please let me know.
The deposit must either be transferred in good time before moving in or paid in cash upon moving in.
It is not possible to register your main residence here, but a secondary residence would be possible.
