This bright and fully furnished apartment on Denglergasse offers comfortable temporary living in Vienna’s 15th district. Simply bring your suitcase and move in – everything else is already provided.

On approximately 31 m2 of living space, the apartment offers a well-planned layout with an anteroom, living and sleeping area, separate kitchen and bathroom. The generous ceiling height of around three metres creates a pleasant feeling of space and underlines the classic Viennese old-building character.

The apartment is tastefully furnished and fully equipped. The modern kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher and all kitchen utensils needed for everyday use. Towels, bed linen, a washing machine, clothes horse and iron are also provided.

For professionals, students and project staff, the apartment offers reliable internet with 100 Mbit/s. The generous 1.60 metre wide bed provides a high level of sleeping comfort, while the quiet location in a traffic-calmed side street ensures pleasant living quality.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a well-maintained old building (1st floor according to Austrian floor numbering) and is ideal for stays of several weeks or several months.

Location & public transport
The location stands out thanks to its excellent public transport connections. The U3 and U6 underground lines at Westbahnhof, as well as several tram lines, provide fast connections across Vienna.

Mariahilfer Straße, Austria’s largest shopping street, is within easy reach and offers numerous shops, restaurants, cafés and services. Supermarkets, local suppliers and a small market are also located nearby.

The central location combines urban life with pleasant residential calm and makes the apartment an ideal base for work, study or a longer stay in Vienna.

All-inclusive rent
The rent is charged monthly and already includes all ongoing costs. Heating, electricity, water, internet, public charges and household insurance are included in the all-inclusive rent.

Deposit & further information
The deposit is € 1,500 and must be paid before moving in. The one-time final cleaning fee is € 149.

Main residence registration is not possible. Secondary residence registration is possible.
