These apartments are perfect for students and professionals looking for centrally located, well-connected accommodation. Each apartment features a cozy living room with a double bed, a sofa bed, a dining table, and a desk.
Modern Amenities for Your Comfort
Each apartment in the building without an elevator comes with a modern bathroom equipped with a shower and a washbasin, along with a separate WC. A fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and a kettle allows for convenient self-catering. An LED TV with satellite or cable channels provides entertainment. All windows face either a quiet courtyard or the street, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere.
Prime Location and Excellent Public Transport Connections
The location is ideal for daily needs: supermarkets such as Eurospar and Lidl are directly opposite, and Hofer (Aldi) is also nearby. The U-Bahn stations Messe-Prater (U2) and Vorgartenstraße (U1), as well as bus lines 11A and 11B, are just a few minutes' walk away, allowing you to reach the city center in less than 20 minutes by subway.
Close to Universities and Recreation
The apartments are conveniently located for students and faculty, with the Vienna University of Economics and Business, the Private Medical University of Vienna, and the University of Applied Sciences BFI Vienna all within easy walking distance. The Danube and the Prater, with its restaurants and attractions, are also nearby. Excellent Balkan restaurants provide additional dining options.
The apartments are located between the 3rd and 9th floors. Since there is no elevator, between 39 and 111 steps need to be climbed, depending on the floor. Please note that the apartments are therefore not suitable for people with limited mobility. Each apartment is individually designed, and while a specific apartment or floor cannot be guaranteed, you will always receive the booked category.
