Cosy one bedroom Apartment for up to 2 people (not suitable for kids!!!) in a renovated building. Close to Metroline U2 (Stadion) - only 7 minutes drive to City Center. Very green area for People who like sports and nature. Great Shopping facilities nearby.
This nice bright apartment has a great view to the Danube. The apartment is located in the second district near the Stadion, Hilton Danube, Green Prater and the University of Economics. With the metro you are at the Old University and the Inner City within seven minutes.
The House was renovated a few years ago, new facade was made as well as new windows installed.
In the house there is a shared laundry room with a washing machine and a shared space to store bikes.
The apartment itself is 33 m2 large, with a bedroom, a living room with kitchen, a large store room, bath with a tub and a WC. The apartment is nicly furnished and fully equipped.
It is a very green area where you can enjoy walks, biking and skating. With the metro you are within minutes in lively down town.
You live near the green Prater where Viennese people come to do sports like running, cycling, skating. A public pool is nearby as weel the river Danube and famous Danube Island where you can swimm in summer and do all kind of sports all year round.
A shopping center is nearby as well as a supermarket around the corner.
You live in a quite green area, nevertheless there is a metroline in 200 m distance and within 7 minutes drive you are down town. By bus and car you are at the airport within 20 minutes.
Minimum rental period is 3 month.

Die Wohnung mit Donaublick liegt im 2. Bezirk in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Donau, grünem Prater und U2 Station Stadion (in nur 7 Minuten in die Innenstadt/Universität).
Das Haus wurde 2009 saniert und wärmegedämmt und neue Fenster eingebaut.
Im Haus gibt es eine Gemeinschaftswaschküche sowie einen Fahrradabstellraum.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Vorraum, großzügigen Abstellraum, WC, Bad mit Wanne, Wohnküche und Schlafzimmer. Im Schlafzimmer ist eine Schlafgelegenheit für 2 Personen (nicht für Kinder geeignet!!!)
Die Wohnung ist möbliert, verfügt über einen Internetanschluss. Sie eignet sich bestens für Erasmus-Studenten oder PhD-Studenten, die nur kurz in Wien sind und sich keine Wohnung einrichten wollen oder als Zwischenlösung auf der Wohnungssuche.
Die Wohnung wird ab 3 Monaten Mietdauer vermietet und kann auch längerfristig gemietet werden.
Die Miete versteht sich als All-Inclusive-Miete und beinhaltet ALLE Nebenkosten (Strom, Heizung, Internet, etc). Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirr, Kochuntensilien, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, etc)
