This 25 sqm studio can accommodate two people. The studio has a large double bed, armchair, desk, TV and kitchenette. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to make a delicious meal. The bathroom has toilet and shower. The apartment has been renovated in November 2018 and is very modern. A washing machine and high speed internet are available.
The apartment is located in the district Brigittenau. On the Wallensteinstraße are shops for daily needs and many cafes and restaurants. Nearby is the Wallensteinplatz. Café Vindobona offers delicious breakfasts with many variations. The nearest underground station is U4 Friedensbrücke and takes you to the center of Schwedenplatz in 5 minutes. In the immediate vicinity you will find everything for your everyday needs: supermarkets, bakeries, tobacconists, restaurants and cafes, drugstores. With public transport you can reach the first district with its beautiful sights in just a few stops, and the Prater can be reached directly by tram.
