When you enter the apartment, you first come into a large anteroom that offers plenty of practical storage space.
You then enter the bedroom or the very bright children's room with two windows and a French door as access to the loggia. The anteroom also leads to the bathroom and the separate toilet.
The apartment offers a spacious, light-flooded living room with three windows and a French door with access to the loggia from where you can enjoy a particularly large view of the green in summer.

Public transport:
o With the U4 and S-Bahn, which are nearby, you can currently be in Vienna Mitte in 33 minutes during peak times.
On foot:
o Bus and tram stops, Spar, many good restaurants within a few minutes' walk.
Car:
o By car, for example, you can get to Vienna Mitte in 24 minutes at the earliest.
