The modern, fully furnished 2.5-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a new building at Mittersteig 24, 1050 Vienna (Vienna-Margareten).
The bright, renovated apartment comprises 66 m² of living space, has parquet floors and is heated by district heating - thanks to excellent insulation, there is hardly any need for heating in winter. An elevator is available in the building.
Features include an open-plan kitchen/living room with a large dining table and sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a separate WC and a bedroom with wardrobe, shelving and height-adjustable desk. There is a barely audible tower fan in the bedroom for hot summer days and nights.
There is also a storage room with wardrobe and shoe rack. A fitted kitchen is also available.
The apartment is ideal for a single person or a couple. The sofa bed offers space for guests at the weekend.
The apartment is centrally located in the 5th district: supermarkets can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes, the main train station can be reached by bus in under 10 minutes (door-to-door to the airport in around 30 minutes), and the 1st district can be reached by bike in under 10 minutes. The State Opera can be reached on foot in around 20 minutes.
The Naschmarkt and countless cafés, restaurants and bars are also within walking distance.
Daily necessities such as crockery, glasses and high-quality cooking utensils, kettle, small espresso powder machine as well as a robot vacuum cleaner, clothes horse, iron, ironing board and bed linen are available.
A bicycle storage room is available. A bicycle is also available on request.
