The apartment is located in the backyard of a 'Gründerzeit' house in the 16th district. The house was completely restored in 2021, the apartment furnished 2022. It consists of a living room with kitchen, bedroom with office desk, bathroom and seperate toilet. A patio, accessible from both rooms, is part of a small, fenced garden. The yard houses 3 two storey buldings with the apartment forming the ground floor of the south-facing building. Main acces to the yard through a locked central door in the main building.
All rooms with wooden and tiled floors with underfloor heating, all doors and windows with blinds and curtains.
The living room consists of a dining and a living area and a fully equipped kitchen. A sofa sleeper can house your guest.
The bedroom holds a 1,40m wide double bed, large wall closet with sliding doors and small office desk. In the spacious bathroom you find a level, disabled friendly shower and a washing machine.
You find all amenities including bedding, towels etc.
Also there is a locked small storage and access to a bicycle storage.
