Dear guest, The apartment was renovated and partially refurnished in September 2025. You will love the spacious rooms, and you will enjoy the central location with all the amenities you need nearby. Please note that heating and hot water costs will be charged separately according to your usage.
The apartment has two large bedrooms, a large living/dining room and a large kitchen with a dining area. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The toilet is in a separate room. The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor, which is accessed via 10 steps in the stairwell. The well-maintained, old Viennese building dates back to 1890 and has 3.60 m high walls. You will enjoy the special sense of space it offers. I am happy to provide further information.
