Complete funished room with private shower and sink in the room. Around the corner from the Naschmarkt, TU universit, Subway U4 Kettnebrückengasse and in walking distance to the State Opera House, Hofburg palace etc. The nicest area to live in Vienna, safe day and night.
The room has a comfortable double box springs bed, a desk, a closet, a comode with TV, two nights tables, lights, radio alarm clock, a sofa with a small table, curtains etc.
In the corridor a kitchenette in two parts, washer, toilet and bar table with high chairs.
The kitchen has a combi microwave (with hot air function and gril), water cooker, coffee machine, induction stove, pots, pans, plates etc.
Further the apartment has a new washing machine. The house has a special bike parking facility. Parking a car is not too difficult and you can have a permit from the municipality.
The locatoin is very quiet and central, just few walking minutes from the Naschmarket and subway U4. The old city is at your foot. Law and technical university (TU) are just few minutes walking.
Very central next to the old city in the Naschmarkt area. Subway U4 Kettenbrückengasse is only 4 minutes walking from here. Bus 13A is at the next corner and goes directly to the State Opera House.
The old city and all the large musuems are walkable!

At the end of our street is a bakery with small grocery, open 24/7
The Naschmarkt area is the Vienna soho. You will soon find out that this is the place to be in Vienna.
The room is complete furnished, even with bed linen and towels. You really can just move in and have anything you need, incl washer.
We do not smoke but there is a nice balcony half floor down where you can smoke.
Lease contract for 3 years but you can leave anytime when you give me a 3 months note ahead or when you have someone to replace you.
The room is completely furnished, ideal if you come for only a year or half a year to Vienna, as you dont need to buy anything.
