The flat fulfills all your daily living requirements. It comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. It includes a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet. This allows you to move in directly without worrying about the necessary utilities. You just need to bring your suitcase with clothes and nothing more.
