The furnished separate walkable single room has approx. 14 sqm,bright and quiet. It has a single bed, large wardrobe(high gloss doors with drawer and cloth bar ), computer table (movable and removable)and chair.
Shared use of the living kitchen (dishwasher, gas stove, kitchen drawer, microwave, fridge with separate freezer, washing machine, kitchen table, chairs), bathroom (ready shower cabin, sink, Alibert mirror cabinet) and WC.
The bathroom and toilet are separate.
Great location, very good transport connections: U3 station-Schweglerstraße, stops of tram lines 9, 49, bus 12 A are in the immediate vicinity (walking 1-3 minutes). Supermarkets: Billa, Penny, Lidl, Hofer, restaurants, banks(Erste Bank, Bank Austria), pharmacy, cafes, post office, Meiselmarkt are within 5 minutes. Westbahnhof is 1 U3 station away. Sport Universität Wien auf der Schmelz is a 5-minute walk away.
Main University of Vienna and City Centre are 10 minutes by metro. Schloss und Tiergarten Schönbrunn is a 15-minute walk away.
The Vienna Stadthalle and the U6 station are only 2 minutes by bicycle and 10 minutes by foot.
