The furnished, separately accessible single room is approximately 12 sqm, bright and quiet, with a balcony door that leads to a private inner courtyard. In your room, there's a single bed , a solid pine wardrobe, a computer desk with a pull-out shelf for the keyboard, and a chair.
Shared use of the living kitchen (sink, gas stove, kitchen cabinets, built-in refrigerator and freezer, microwave, washing machine, kitchen table, and chairs), bathroom (shower cabin, sink, mirror cabinet), and separate WC. The bathroom and WC are separately accessible.
Great location with excellent transport connections: U3 station Schweglerstraße, tram lines 9, 49, and bus 12A stops are in the immediate vicinity (1-3 minutes on foot). Supermarkets: Spar, Billa, Penny, Lidl, Hofer, restaurants, banks (Erste Bank, Bank Austria), pharmacy, cafes, post office, Meiselmarkt are within 3 minutes. Westbahnhof is 1 U3 station away.
