With U1 8 minutes to Donauzentrum Shopping Centre, 11 minutes to UNO-City Kaisermühlen V.I.C. and Internet WLAN Discharge:no deposit:yes, the amount depends on the duration.
One-time administration fee 200€.
If the rental contract is required before moving in, a direct bank transfer of the deposit and the administration fee to the landlord’s account is necessary.
