Welcome to our charming room in a shared 2-bedroom apartment, ideally located in the quiet 5th district, just a few minutes from Matzleinsdorferplatz train station. Perfect for families or a group of friends, the room can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests.
The layout features a cozy entrance hall, a modernized bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, and 2 bedrooms.
This special room features a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe to organize your clothes and a desk, perfect for eating or working.
The shared kitchen is integrated into the entrance hall and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay and is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and preparing meals, including a stove, kettle, mini fridge, toaster and essential utensils such as pots, pans, knives and cutlery.
Please note that the shared bathroom is a bit small, but the apartment is comfortable and easily accessible.

For parking, the “P+ Reschgasse” garage, 9 minutes away by car, offers the cheapest rates for up to €8 per day. On-street parking costs €2.10 per hour from 9am to 10pm Monday to Friday and is free after that, as well as on weekends and public holidays.
