The 2 room apartment (1 bedroom) combines the advantages of a quiet location and excellent transport connections. It offers upscale furnishings and a fantastic view of the Rhine river and Mainz. A beautiful living room with dining or working area, a large bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large balcony await you here.
The residential floor is located on the raised ground floor. Massive granite stone awaits you in the entire apartment. The hall area offers access to all rooms of the apartment. The living room with dining or working area as well as the spacious bedroom allow direct access to the balcony with a dream view of greenery and the Rhine. A comfortable sofa bed can be found in the living room and can be used if required. The bedroom with its double bed offers space for two people and is additionally equipped with a large wardrobe and a sideboard. A modern fitted kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils. It has a stove with a ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, as well as upper and lower cupboards. The bathroom is tiled with marble up to the ceiling and equipped with a shower. The washing machine is also located here. All windows are equipped with electric shutters.
The apartment offers you not only an upscale furnishing, but also a picturesque view of the Rhine and Mainz. The Rhine meadows are in the immediate vicinity and offer beautiful bays to relax, swim and watch the sunset. The "Mainzer Rheinufer" is on the other side of the river. Mainz-Kastel offers a wide range of shopping and leisure facilities. A supermarket and a bakery are within walking distance (approx. 100m). Three other supermarkets (REWE, Aldi, Netto) are only 1km from the apartment.
The bus stop is only a few meters away and offers a fast connection to Mainz and Wiesbaden. The train station (Mainz-Kastel) is also within walking distance (600m). Due to the convenient location, there is an excellent motorway connection to Frankfurt and Frankfurt Airport.
