I rent up tu 01.09.2024 a great fully furnished 2-room attic apartment, centrally located in Wolfsburg, Königsberger Str. 69, but still quiet. From the kitchen or bedroom you can look at the VW (Volkswagen) factory.
Nice in this apartment is the relatively large kitchen and the relatively large bathroom. Both are in very good mint condition.
The apartment is fully equipped, like a holiday apartment with e.B double bed, cupboards, pull-out living room couch, flat screen, dishes, pots, bed linen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer (in the basement) etc.. You can move in directly.
The living room and the bedroom is equipped with pleasant real wood parquet (!).

The apartment is centrally located yet quiet in Wolfsburg, Königsberger Str. 69. On foot you are in 10 minutes in the 900 m distant gate Sandkamp, by car you are there in 2 minutes.
Shops are also in the immediate vicinity, a newly built and well-stocked Edeka with bakery is also within walking distance by 5 minutes.
The Wohltberg bus stop (No. 212, 224 and 268) is 180 meters away.
