The room is approx. 10.75 m in size, quiet, bright and fully furnished - bed, desk, wardrobe, shelves, etc. are available. The window faces northeast, so it stays pleasantly cool in summer. The space is compact but very usable - I've lived there myself for almost 2 years now and never felt the need for a bigger room.
