Beautiful 2-room apartment modern and bright. Fully furnished. The kitchen, dining corner and living room, are a large bright room, with a large balcony facing south/west. The bathroom has a tub with shower enclosure and a washing machine. In the large hallway is an additional alcove, with wardrobe, closet and sideboard.

The 2nd room, is the fully equipped bedroom.
We rent on time, at least 3 months everything by arrangement.

The object is located in Wolfsburg OT Ehmen Ehmen. A plus: Several bus stops are within walking distance and connect you so well with the surrounding area. In the immediate vicinity you will find two supermarkets, a bakery and a café. Two pharmacies, a post office and a hairdresser are also nearby. Further away there are also several schools. A good medical care, various recreational and sports facilities and interesting nightlife can also be reached in a larger radius.
The warm rent amounts to 1,050 € incl. all additional expenses such as cable, Wlan, heating costs, electricity...
