The beautiful apartment will be perfect for 4 people or a couple! It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, one bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Guests also have a balcony with garden furniture and a beautiful view. Fast Wi-Fi and Smart TV are also available. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe and a desk with a chair. The tastefully finished living room has a fold-out sofa, a table with chairs and access to the balcony. The kitchenette is equipped with amenities such as a dishwasher, oven, induction hob and basic dishes and cutlery.

DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDING AND AREA:
The apartment is located in a modern building at ul. Avenue of Architects in Wrocław. Nearby there is a grocery store (53 m) and a grocery store (87 m), in the neighboring building there is a SushiTU restaurant and an organic food store.
In the area there are also Kąpielisko Glinianki (900 m), WakePark (2.6 km) and numerous large parks. Getting to the city center by car will take about 15-18 minutes. Guests have one parking space available in the underground garage. You can also get to the center by tram - the stop is 3 minutes from the accommodation. The location also allows for quick access to the airport - the journey to Wrocław SA Airport will take about 12 minutes by car.

Bedding and towels(changed every 8 days) are included in the rent.
Final cleaning fee of 209zl is required at move-out.
A cot is available for a fee of 50zl/night.
Parking spot assigned.
Check-in 15:00-24:00, checkout until 11:00.
Pets are not allowed.
