For rent I am offering a functional and air-conditioned two-room apartment with a balcony located on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator at Wichrowa Street 4C in Wrocław, on a monitored and secured housing estate.
Residents of the estate have access to a fitness room!
The apartment has an area of approximately 41 sqm and consists of a hallway with a spacious built-in wardrobe, a living room combined with a kitchen area and access to the balcony, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.
