The apartments is lovingly furnished - uncompromisingly implemented with high-quality materials by a well-established Düsseldorf interior designer. In the main room of the apartment connected to a spacious balcony, you will find a working/dining area, chill area with a very comfortable couch, a cozy and large bed with box spring mattress in 5* hotel quality, plenty of storage room in the various wardrobes, Samsung Smart TV, BOSE sound system and Smart Home for heating. Everything is well thought through and with high-quality, custom-made furniture. Bed linen and clothes hangers are of course available. High speed WiFi is also available.
The apartment has a fully equipped, high-quality kitchen (with dishwasher, induction hob with extractor hood, fridge/freezer combination and oven). Dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups, pots and all common kitchen utensils are in the drawers and cupboards in the kitchen.
A Nespresso coffee machine, a stylish SMEG kettle and SMEG toaster are waiting for you.
The storage room contains a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron and drying rack, as well as a cleaning starter set. A washer-dryer is located in the hallway of the apartment.
The luxurious bathroom has a large wellness shower, sink with vanity unit, hanging toilet and a towel radiator. Enough towels and hair dryer are also available.
Sustainability: When selecting the materials, we paid close attention to quality and sustainability. The high-quality organic silicate paints in the Farrow & Ball shade “Dimity” ensure a very pleasant indoor climate. In addition, only energy (electricity) from renewable sources is used for the apartment.
