The ideal base for a city break, this newly renovated one-bedroom, ground-floor apartment is peacefully situated a 25-minute walk / 5-minute drive from Zagreb’s Botanical Gardens and main square. Guests will also find various shops, restaurants and public transportation a short walk away.
The property enjoys a neat open-plan living space furnished with a double sofa bed, a Smart TV, a dining table and a kitchen fully equipped with; a cooker hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a fridge freezer. The host has even supplied board games for guests to enjoy. The living room also leads out to a private fenced garden furnished with a gazebo, an outside table and chairs, sun loungers and a BBQ.
Note: The apartment is on the ground level but there are stairs down to the apartment because the street side is higher.

Location
The property is located in the Croatian capital Zagreb, a 10-minute drive from both the medieval Upper Town (Gornji Grad) and the 19th-century Lower Town (Donji Grad) giving guests the opportunity to easily explore all that Zagreb has to offer. The historic upper town features landmarks such as St. Mark's Church with its colourful tiled roof, Lotrščak Tower and the Zagreb Cathedral.
For nature lovers, Maksimir Park, the oldest public park in Zagreb, offers a peaceful retreat with lakes, walking paths and a zoo. Jarun Lake offers opportunities for water sports, cycling and jogging, with beaches and cafes to enjoy during the summer months. Both destinations are a 15-minute drive from the property.
The medieval Medvedgrad Fortress, which offers panoramic views of the city is a 20-minute drive. Located on the southern slopes of the Medvednica mountain this is a great spot for a short hike. Other popular excursions include a trip to the charming town of Samobor (a 25-minute drive) which is known for its medieval architecture, cobblestone streets and the picturesque Gradna River.
