Our apartment is located in the basement of the building and consists of three fully separate rooms: a living room, a bedroom, and a guest room. The bedroom is equipped with a large bed measuring 140x200 cm, while the guest room has a sofa bed. It is spacious and equipped with numerous wardrobes, providing ample space for storing clothes and other personal belongings.
The apartment includes basic appliances and additional equipment for a comfortable stay.

The listed rental price applies to one person. The surcharge for a second person depends on the rental duration. The reservation includes a stay only for registered guests. Any additional person staying overnight is subject to a charge of €12 per night. Guests may have visitors, but visitors staying longer than two hours will be considered additional guests and charged accordingly. Unregistered guests will be charged triple the rate, with possible immediate cancellation of the rental without refund. Sharing the entrance code with others is strictly prohibited. This measure is implemented for security reasons and legal obligations and is essential for the protection of all guests and the host. The shared public area of the building is under video surveillance.
