Incredibly peaceful, despite proximity of the tram streets (Vlaska and Zvonimirova).
The space
The flat is 32 square meters big, it is an open-space studio with three orientations (east - south - west) and nine big windows that provide light and view of the street trees all day long. The flat consists of a long hallway (not visible on the photos) with integrated closets, kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge and induction cooktop, small living room area with library, separated sleeping space (anatomic headboard bed) and working table with most comfortable anatomic chair. Bathroom is equipped with washing machine with integrated dryer and spacious shower.
