This bedroom is nestled within a well-designed 120-square-meter apartment, which includes a total of six bedrooms. The shared kitchen is fully equipped, making meal preparation convenient. The comfortable living room is the perfect spot for relaxation and socialization, and there are two bathrooms.
Located on the second floor with the added convenience of an elevator, accessibility is not a problem. Fortnightly cleaning of common areas and utilities up to 50€ are included in the rental price.
Please note that bookings are done by semesters of 5 months: from September to January or from February to June. If the semester has already started the minimum stay could shorter.
