I'm renting out my apartment in a quiet cul-de-sac. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped and is usually rented as project accommodation for project staff or students for 6-12 months. It is equipped accordingly:
- Washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, TV, 2 air conditioners, bed (160x200 cm), bed linen, towels, sofa, wardrobes, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, dining table, study table, swivel chair, and much more...
- The building also has a lovely private, green courtyard.
- SPAR supermarket (2-minute walk) and numerous other shops (DM, etc.) are in the immediate vicinity.
- Excellent public transport connections (M3, trams 4 and 6) and good airport access.
- Walking distance to the city center and the Danube River.
- Great restaurants and pubs nearby.
The apartment is suitable for singles or couples, less so for shared accommodation, as it has a separate bedroom and living room. Since bath towels and bed linen are provided, you can actually move in with just two suitcases of your own clothes.
- The price is somewhat negotiable if you sign an annual contract.
