Dein Geld ist geschützt
Deine Zahlung wird bis 48 Stunden nach deinem Einzug zurückgehalten.. Nach deinem Einzug hast du 24 Stunden Zeit, Probleme zu melden, falls die Unterkunft nicht mit dem Inserat übereinstimmt.

About the area
Rua David Lopes is a calm street in the charming Penha de França neighbourhood. It has a residential feel, a mix of traditional and modern buildings, and local shops and cafés along the way. Being less touristy than other parts of Lisbon makes it a great place to discover the city like a local.

The flat
A 7-bedroom flat on the 2nd floor with 2 WCs. The fully furnished kitchen has a washing machine. Please note the building has no lift.

Your room
This fully furnished room includes a work area with a small desk, a chair and a lamp. For storage there is a wardrobe, plus a bedside table with its own lamp and a mirror. The double bed measures 140 × 200 cm, so you can rest well. A large window lets in plenty of natural light.

Good to know
- Bills are included in the rent up to €35 per person; any usage above that is deducted from the security deposit.
- Weekly cleaning of the shared areas is included in the rent.
- Rooms are furnished as in the photos or with equivalent items – this includes towels, pillows and pillowcases, furniture, lamps and all other amenities.
- At the end of the contract, a €40 administrative fee and a €60 cleaning fee are deducted from the security deposit.
