The fully furnished apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen with separate laundry room. The veranda has a breathtaking view over the ocean, with full day sun exposure. For the evening, there's a big BBQ grill.

The apartment occupies the first floor of a 3 story villa. The neighborhood consists of stand alone villas. Dedicated parking in the street.
