The flat is located on the top floor of a building with only 2 floors (no lift), with only 1 tenant on each floor. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed and the other bedrooms both have a single bed. In each of the two bedrooms there is a single bed and in one of them there is a private bathroom. The other bathroom supports the other bedrooms and the lounge/kitchen. The flat also has an outside terrace and a laundry room. The whole flat is fully furnished and equipped.
