1. For bookings lasting less than 12 weeks - first 4 weeks of advance rent payment or full payment + 2 weeks rent as bond needs to be paid.

If your cancellation is greater than 14 days before the commencement date of your agreement:

If you were to terminate your agreement (after the commencement date of your agreement), these are the costs associated with your early termination:

1. 2 weeks Rent

2. Reasonable Cleaning Fee

3. Reasonable advertising and reletting costs in relation to the Premises which will not exceed of $500.00 (this is subject to quarterly review)

4. Reasonable sundry charges

Should any material circumstances that may affect or delay your check in date caused by Covid 19 such as flight schedule changes, movement control order, federal or state health restriction directives etc. You will be entitled to:

1. One free check in date change

2. A cancellation fee charge of $150 to be retained as credit that can be redeemed for your future booking.

The property does not require you to provide any guarantors.
