The apartment consists of: cozy entrance, large kitchen with oven, hob, 1 refrigerator, 1 dishwasher, dishes, pots and everything you need, four bedrooms (two singles, one double and a living room) and a full bathroom. There are: oven, dishwasher, washing machine, heating and air conditioning. The rooms are all equipped with bed, desks with chairs and bookshelves.
As per the lease agreement, the landlord requires a two-month rent deposit upon move-in (15 days prior your arrival). This deposit will be returned within 15 days of the end of the tenancy period, provided that all dues outlined in the contract have been promptly paid, no damages are found in the property, and the room is left in a clean condition at the time of check-out.
